Mike Scopa says to ask for a resort map when you check in and look for a designated running/jogging path as those will be the safest place to run.
Mike Scopa also says to ask the front desk as they can give you some suggestions and warnings of where not to run.
Len says he’s jogged at Old Key West all around the lake.
Len recommends avoiding the cul-de-sacs.

Mike doesn’t know of any cycling events at Walt Disney World or even places on property to bike around.
Mike recommends staying at a resort with a very good gym and Mike likes Coronado Springs.

Michael from Ashland, Massachussets and wants to know what jogging options are available at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Mike has stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and he found other than the parking lot, there wasn’t any area that Mike found around the Animal Kingdom Lodge that he would recommend running around.
Mike says you might be able to run down the main roads but it’s a very busy road and you might even be “picked up” by Disney security.
Mike also mentions that the Wilderness Lodge and Polynesian resorts are great resorts to run at because they have specific running paths.
Len mentions the All Star Resorts, Caribbean Beach and Epcot resorts are great for jogging as well.
