Mike thinks everyone should visit the Animal Kingdom Lodge at least once because it’s so unique.
Mike stayed in the Savannah Rooms once because it’s so far remotely removed from everything else in the resort.
Mike doesn’t strongly recommend the Animal Kingdom Lodge because it’s not ideal for joggers.
Mike does however like Boma (restaurant).
Animal Kingdom Lodge is Mary’s favorite and she loves the restaurants, especially Jiko.
Mary also likes the fact that the Cast Members are from Africa and makes the experience very interesting.
Sue suggests if someone is going to stay there for 2 weeks that they rent a car because of the resort’s location and recommends using the rental codes at [6]Mousesavers.com.
Mary and Sue both agree that there is a refridgerator in the room.
Sue suggests if there are good disconts, to opt for a concierge room because Sue and Mary believe it’s the best concierge level on all of Disney property.
There’s also an Espresso machine, fruit juices every morning.
Sue suggests requesting a savannah view room .

Matt likes the resort and mentions it’s walking distance to Epcot or the Disney-MGM Studios and the Boardwalk area has lots to offer.
Matt recommends trying to buy Disney Vacation Club points off an owner to get a good deal on staying at Boardwalk.
Mike really likes that you can easily walk to Epcot or the Disney-MGM Studios and Mike also likes the jogging areas.

Len says if you can get a refurbished room at the Contemporary it’s every bit as good as the Swan if not better.
Len says if you have small children and plan on spending more time at the Magic Kingdom, the Contemporary is for you but says you really can’t go wrong with either one.

Mike Scopa says the South Garden Wing is undergoing refurbishment and will be going on through September of 2006. The Tower building will be done one floor at a time and then once that’s complete, they’ll move over to the North Wing which will run until about October 2007.
