Matt says if Danny doesn’t want to take a cab, he’ll have to take a bus to one of the parks or Downtown Disney and transfer to another bus to Animal Kingdom Lodge. Len suggests the [1]Disney resort transportation chart. Matt thinks it’s best to get a cab ride considering the time and the convenience factor.
0215 Jeffery of Canada wants to know how to get to Hoop-Dee-Doo from Coronado Springs. Mike Scopa says if Jeff is going to go to the Magic Kingdom, he should park in the Ticket & Transportation Center and take a boat to Fort Wilderness. Mike Scopa says otherwise, he should park at the Settlement lot. Jeffery also wants to know if two adults will look silly. Mike Scopa says you will not look silly.
0128 Peter of NY wants to know if buses run to the Ticket and Transportation Center all day because he wants to get to the Polynesian from Coronado Springs. Len doesn’t think there is a bus to the Ticket and Transportation Center during the day as the buses go directly to the Magic Kingdom. Matt says Peter could easily get to the Polynesian from the theme parks or Downtown Disney. Len says Peter will have to take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then take the resort loop of the Monorail and estimates a 45 minute commute at worst. Brody wants to know about the boat transportation available and what it costs. Matt says there are boat launches at the Magic Kingdom that go to the Grand Floridian, Contemporary and Wilderness Lodge. Len says certain resorts have boat transportation including the Port Orleans resort. Matt says all the boat transportation are availble to everyone for free.

Mike Newell says if the guest is in front of you in line, it only makes sense. Mike Newell says WDW is one of the most handicap friendly places.
0149 Jim in KY wonders why never have anything nice to say about the Disney World bus system. Len doesn’t think we don’t like the bus system as much as we think it’s usually faster to take a car than ride the bus. Matt always uses Disney’s bus transportation.
0143 Jason also wants to know how to get from park to park via Disney’s transportation. Matt says all the parks have buses to the other parks. Matt says there is a monorail between Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. Len says the Epcot monorail, although likely slower than a bus, is cooler. Len says a genius professor at UCLA compiled a list of Disney transportation commute times that will be online soon.

Matt mentions Disney transportation runs two hours after the parks close but Len mentions if you have luggage, a cab is the easiest option. Len estimates a cab ride won’t cost more than $10 or so.

Matt recommends taking the resort bus to skip the TTC & monorail if staying at a Disney resort. Mike Newell says at the Contemporary now checks for your name and gives only a 3 hour parking pass. Mike Scopa says it’s not that bad parking at the Ticket & Transportation Center and says if you can park near the TTC, you can avoid the parking trams.

Matt wonders why Sandy isn’t renting a car. Annette recommends a company like [6]Happy Limo or [7]QuickSilver. Mike Scopa thinks Sandy could take the bus and get there in time. Annette says there are private van service as well. Annette says car service will drop you off at Ticket and Transportation Center. Mike Scopa would recommend being dropped off at the Conteporary and walk over.
